On the Potential of Universities of Applied Sciences and Dual Studies for the Training of People from Different Social Backgrounds
The increasing shortage of skilled workers brings with it the need for educational reserves that have not yet been tapped or have only been insufficiently developed to be better exploited at all levels.Also in the interests of educational justice,it is more important than ever to focus on and pro-mote all talents based on their performance and potential,regardless of their origin.The higher educa-tion system and in particular applied and/or dual study programs are particularly important in this re-gard.
