数字时代高校教师数字胜任力评价指标建构研究

摘要
构建适用于高校教师的数字胜任力评价指标,不仅是提升教师数字胜任力的必然要求,也是高等教育数字化转型的需求.基于行为事件访谈法的混合方法研究,构建了一个涵盖5个一级指标、24个二级指标的高校教师数字胜任力评价体系且对其权重进行了详细计算.基于指标构建及其权重分析结果,提出了以下提升措施:构建系统化的教师数字胜任力培训方案、创新教师数字胜任力发展模式及建立教师数字胜任力发展的长期跟踪机制.
Abstract
Constructing evaluation indicators for the digital competence of university teachers is not on-ly a necessary requirement for enhancing teachers'digital competence but also essential for advanc-ing the digital transformation of higher education.Based on a mixed-method research approach of be-havioral event interviews,this study has developed an evaluation system of five primary indicators and twenty-four secondary indicators,with detailed calculations of their respective weights.Based on the results of the indicator construction and weight analysis,the following enhancement measures are pro-posed:developing a systematic training program for improving teachers'digital competence,innovat-ing models for digital competence development and establishing a long-term tracking mechanism for the continuous development of teachers'digital competence.
