教与学的共同体:人工智能时代师生关系未来走向

作为教学共同体与学习共同体的有机统一,教与学的共同体可以成为人工智能时代师生关系的新走向.当前中国传统师生关系中存在生命主体价值缺失,工具技术主要凸显,师生交往呈现平面化,缺少情感交流与人文关怀等困境.人工智能技术的发展为师生关系变革提供了新的契机,即教学生态要素改变,优化教学时空环境,教学环境改变,教学交互方式多元,师生交往形式丰富,教学形式变革,智能分析技术用于学生学习.因此,教与学共同体的构建需要规避智能化技术理性,充分发挥师生交往主体;借助智能化工具,搭建共联互生的师生交往平台;发挥智能技术作用,创建自适应学习生态系统.
On the Future Trend of Teacher-student Relation in the Era of Artificial Intelligence:Teaching-Learning Community
As the organic unity of teaching community and learning community,the teaching-learning community can become the new trend of teacher-student relation in the era of artificial intelligence.At present,there are such dilemmas in the traditional teacher-student relationship in China,as the lack of life subject value,the prominent tool technology,the simple-way communication between teachers and students,and the lack of emotional exchange and humanistic care.The development of AI technology provides a new opportunity for the transformation of teacher-student relation,that is,the change of teaching ecological elements,the optimization of teaching space-time environment,the change of teaching environment,the diversity of teaching interaction methods,the rich forms of teach-er-student interaction,the change of teaching forms,and the application of intelligent analysis tech-nology to students'learning.Therefore,the construction of the teaching-learning community needs to avoid intelligent technical rationality and give full play to the main body of teacher-student interac-tion;with the help of intelligent tools,a teacher-student interaction platform for mutual learning is to be built;the role of intelligent technology is to be given full play to so as to create an adaptive learning ecosystem.
