摘要
为应对高等教育数字化转型,OECD发布了《高等教育的作用:培养下一代绿色和数字创新人才》报告.报告主要讨论了高校在培养绿色和数字创新型人才方面的作用及途径:多维框架的构建与创新评估的开展、审查和更新课程、吸引和激励学习者以及促进与工商界的伙伴关系.基于对报告内容的分析,并结合我国高等教育数字化建设的困局,从评价、课程、智慧校园及校企合作方面提出了我国高校数字化转型中创新型人才培养的新途径.
Abstract
In response to the digital transformation of higher education,the OECD has released a report titled"The Role of Higher Education:Cultivating the Next Generation of Green and Digital Innovation Talents".The report mainly discusses the role and approaches of universities in cultivating green and digital innovative talents,including the construction of multidimensional frameworks and the imple-mentation of innovation evaluations,reviewing and updating courses,attracting and motivating learn-ers,and promoting partnerships with the business community.Based on the analysis of the report con-tents and combined with the difficulties of digital construction in higher education in China,new ap-proaches for cultivating innovative talents in the digital transformation of Chinese universities are pro-posed from aspects of evaluation,curriculum,smart campus,and school-enterprise cooperation.
