摘要
新时代我国应用型本科高校取得了显著的发展成就.潘懋元教授应用型高等教育思想体系是由早期高等教育地方化理论的研究探讨到高等教育分类发展思想的拓展,再到应用型高等教育理论体系的初步形成,以及对应用型高等教育理论内涵的丰富和深化而逐步完成.潘懋元应用型高等教育思想的时代价值体现在于:宏观层面影响了中国宏观高等教育政策方向、中观层面指导推动了应用型高校发展实践、微观层面聚焦了应用型高校内涵建设,并为我国应用型高等教育发展贡献了理论、实践和价值的三重维度.
Abstract
In the new era,applied undergraduate universities have achieved significant development.Professor Pan Maoyuan's ideological system of applied higher education is an extension of the early research and exploration of the localization theory of higher education to its classification and develop-ment,and then to its initial formation of the theoretical system,as well as the enrichment and deepen-ing of its theoretical connotation.The contemporary value of Pan Maoyuan's ideas on applied higher education lies in the macro level:influencing the direction of China's macro level higher education policies,the meso level:guiding and promoting the development of applied universities in practice,and the micro level:focusing on the construction of the connotation of applied universities,which con-tribute three dimensions of theory,practice,and value to the development of China's applied higher education.
