新一轮审核评估视域下应用型高校教学质量保障体系建设与研究

新一轮普通高等学校本科教育教学审核评估是在全面贯彻落实党的教育方针,对接新时代本科教育新要求的基础上,以关注立德树人成效评价为主旨,以"学生中心、产出导向、持续改进"理念为指导,以健全高校质量保障体系、引导高校质量文化建设为重点,以促进高校内涵建设与高质量发展为目标的评价制度.对照本轮审核评估要求,应用型本科高校目前存在质量保障思路不清晰、质量保障理念未落实、质量评估制度不完善、质量文化培育不足的问题.针对问题,立足从"立标线明思路、抓主线落理念、守底线促成效、追高线营氛围"四个方面探讨应用型本科高校教学质量保障体系建设路径,旨在落实审核评估质量保障的新内涵与新要求.
On the Construction of Teaching-quality Guarantee System in Applied Universities from the Perspective of New-round Review and Evaluation
The new-round undergraduate education and teaching review and evaluation in colleges and universities is an evaluation system based on comprehensively implementing the Party's educational policy and meeting the new requirements of undergraduate education in the new era,focusing on the evaluation of the effectiveness of moral education,guided by the concept of"student-centered,out-put-oriented and continuous improvement",focusing on improving the quality guarantee system,guid-ing the quality culture construction,and promoting the connotation construction and high-quality de-velopment of colleges and universities.According to the requirements of the new-round review and evaluation,there are some problems in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,such as un-clear and unimplemented quality guarantee concepts,imperfect quality evaluation system and insuffi-cient cultivation of quality culture.In view of the problems,this paper discusses the construction of teaching quality guarantee system in applied undergraduate colleges and universities from four as-pects:"setting marking lines and clarifying ideas,grasping the main line and implementing ideas,keeping the bottom line to promote results,and pursuing the atmosphere of high line camp",aiming at implementing the new connotation and new requirements of the new-round review and evaluation.
