The Effect of Normal Students'Learning Satisfaction on Ca-reer Maturity:The Mediating Role of Professional Commit-ment and the Moderating Role of Career Efficacy
In this study,undergraduate normal students enrolled in Guangzhou G University were used as subjects to explore the mediating role of professional commitment in the relationship between learn-ing satisfaction and career maturity and the moderating role of career efficacy by using College Student Learning Satisfaction Scale,Normal Students'Career Maturity Scale,Normal Students'Professional Commitment Scale,and Sense of Career Efficacy Scale.The results showed that(1)normal students'learning satisfaction positively predicted their career maturity;(2)normal students'professional com-mitment partially mediated the relationship between learning satisfaction and career maturity;and(3)normal students'sense of occupational efficacy moderated the effect of learning satisfaction on profes-sional commitment.The findings reveal the internal mechanism of learning satisfaction acting on ca-reer maturity,so as to put forward specific measures to improve the learning satisfaction,professional commitment and professional efficacy of normal students,and enhance the career maturity of normal students,so as to provide reference for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality teachers.
