Reflection on the Teaching Based on Promoting Students'Academic Success
This manuscript discusses layers of reflection in higher education and debates responsibili-ties.Both lecturers and students take care of academic success.Students are clear about their motiva-tion and use offers they are provided.Lecturers ensure an inspiring learning environment,which is comprehensive and target-oriented.The focus is on students'development and the foundation for the design of an appealing lecture,which enables students to become knowledgeable and capable of deci-sion making in their subject.Lecturers take care of their own professional and personal development to present themselves as an up-to-date and competent role model.
