化工类应用型高校应深刻理解新时代劳动教育聚焦立德树人、科技创新、人才队伍的时代内涵,把准劳动教育的时代定位、价值追求、实践发展的内在逻辑,分析劳动教育内在的价值意蕴和使命愿景,在此基础上形成以全面发展把握价值共识、科技创新满足内在要求、人才驱动紧扣现实需要的实践路径,在区域现代化进程中实现创新发展.
Abstract
The application-oriented universities in the field of chemical engineering should have a profound understanding of the connotation of labor education about focusing on moral education,technological innovation and talent teams in the new era,need to grasp the inherent logic of positioning,value pursuit,and practical development in labor education.On the basis of logical analysis about the value implications and mission vision of labor education,a practical path has been formed to grasp the value consensus through comprehensive development,meet internal requirements through technological innovation,and grasp practical needs driven by talent,in order to achieve innovative development in the process of regional modernization.
