Exploration of Curriculum-based Political and Virtuous Awareness Education in Master of Translation and Interpreting Courses—A Case Study of the Course of Translation Appreciation and Criticism
On the basis of a case study of a Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI)course of Translation Appreciation and Criticism,the paper explores the two aspects in which the concept of curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness can be implemented:teacher's conception and teaching design.Teachers should recognize the value shaping function of political and virtuous awareness education and give full play to their function of educating people;they should improve the teaching design,highlight the goal of enhancing students'political and virtuous awareness in the teaching objectives,incorporate the political and virtuous awareness resources into the teaching content,and tap the political and virtuous awareness elements in the teaching methods,so as to realize the collaboration between the professional education and the political and virtuous awareness education.The curriculum-based political and virtuous awareness education in the course has achieved a positive effect on the enhancement of students'professional competence.
