Exploration and Practice of Applied Talents Training Mode for Local Universities in the New Era—Taking the Chemistry Specialty of Jilin Normal University as an Example
At present,local universities are facing prominent problems in training applied talents.In order to further improve the education quality of applied undergraduate specialties,the College of Chemistry of Jilin Normal University continues to promote the reform of talents training mode.A four-dimensional collaborative education mode of"industry-university-research-competition"is put forward,starting from the innovation of teaching concepts,teaching methods and teaching platforms,by strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,increasing interdisciplinary courses,building a first-class platform for integration of science and education and constructing a progressive competition system to achieve deeply integration of industry and education and integration of science and education.The aim is to train first-class applied talents of chemistry to adapt to the development of the new era,and at the same time to provide reference for local universities to construct applied specialty.
