Value and Practical Path of First-class Undergraduate Education in Local Engineering Universities
Local universities have a large scale of education and are closely integrated with the economic and social development.Entering the new era,local engineering universities should actively adapt to the needs of economic and social development,run first-class undergraduate education,and assist in the construction of a strong higher education country.Therefore,this paper analyzes several issues exposed in the construction of first-class undergraduate education in local engineering universities.On this basis,taking Nanjing Tech University as an example,this paper probes into the path and measures to promote the construction of first-class undergraduate education in local engineering universities from the aspects of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents,improving the level of specialty construction,enhancing teachers'teaching abilities,promoting classroom teaching reform,implementing education"quality revolution"and promoting"Internet+"education.
