面向综合设计能力培养的机械类课程改革探索与实践

面对"中国制造2025"战略计划和国家经济产业结构优化对机械类人才综合设计能力培养的要求,南京工业大学以课程改革为突破口,依托学校两个机械类国家一流专业建设点,重组课程模块,形成学生综合设计能力培养的递进式课程体系;促进科教融合和产教融合,实施包含构想创意、初始方案、设计理论、设计过程和创新结果的全链式教学方式;实施分阶段评价,采用全程式评价方法,最终建立了面向学生综合设计能力培养的机械类课程体系,以期提升学生的工程素养、研究能力、设计能力和创新能力.
Exploration and Practice of Mechanical Curriculum Reform for Comprehensive Design Ability Training
In view of the requirements for comprehensive design ability training of mechanical talents in"Made in China 2025 Strategy Plan"and the process of national economic and industrial structure optimization,curriculum reform is carried out as a breakthrough point in the two national first-class professional construction points of Nanjing Tech University.Three curriculum modules are reorganized to form a progressive curriculum system for training students'comprehensive design ability.Furthermore,a full-chain teaching model,including conception and creativity,initial scheme,design theory,design process,and innovation results,is implemented through integration of science and education,industry and education.Moreover,phased evaluation and full-process evaluation methods are developed.A mechanical curriculum system for comprehensive design ability training is then established to enhance engineering literacy,research ability,design ability,and innovation ability.
