摘要
文章探讨了基于学科竞赛与产教融合的创新创业人才培养理念,介绍了竞赛活动在激发学生创新思维、提高学生实践能力方面的重要作用,分析了产教融合的必要性和优势,指出校企合作是推进产教融合的主要途径,并提出了培养创新创业人才的举措.以赛促学和产教融合是应对时代变革、满足经济发展需要的重要途径,有利于推动高等教育转型升级,也有助于培养具有创新能力和创业精神的人才.
Abstract
This paper discusses the idea of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents based on discipline competition and integration of industry and education,introduces the important role of competition activities in stimulating students'innovative thinking and improving their practical ability,analyzes the necessity and advantages of the integration of industry and education,points out that school-enterprise cooperation is the main way to promote the integration of industry and education,and puts forward the measures of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Learning improvement by competition and integration of industry and education is an important way to cope with the changes of the current era and to meet the needs of economic development,which is conducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of higher education and cultivating talents with innovative ability and entrepreneurial spirit.
