基于智能微化工平台的化工专业交叉学科内容教学探索

在新工科建设的背景下,化工专业的教学需要适应我国化学品行业精细化、高端化发展方向,不断融入化学、生物、生物工程等交叉学科的内容,为行业升级提供人才储备.当前,化工专业课程教学与课内外实践在精细化学品全流程模拟、数据处理与分析等方面存在着短板.对此,文章提出通过构建智能微化工平台,结合交叉学科所涉及的反应体系特点,集成功能可拓展的模块化微结构单元,应用于课程教学与实践中,并进一步融合智能算法与大数据分析等相关知识,以期为交叉学科人才的培养提供支撑.
Study on Teaching of Interdisciplinary Contents in Chemical Engineering Based on an Intelligent Micro-chemical Engineering Platform
Under the background of constructing new engineering disciplines,the teaching in chemical engineering also needs to be consistent with the direction of refined and high-end development in China's chemical industry,and integrate interdisciplinary contents,providing talent reserves for industry upgrading.At present,traditional teaching and corresponding practice in and out of class have shortcomings in simulating the entire process of fine chemicals,data processing and analysis.In response to the above issues,this study proposes to build an intelligent micro-chemical engineering platform,combining the characteristics of reaction systems involved in the interdisciplinary fields,integrating expandable and modular micro-structural units,and applying them in the teaching and practice.Furthermore,by integrating intelligent algorithms and knowledge related to big data analysis,we aim to support the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents.
