摘要

智慧教育是未来教育的重要方向,在智慧教育背景下开展化工专业英语听力教学势在必行.文章从听力学习规律和智慧教育新模式两个视角出发,探讨化工专业英语听力教学改革的方向.从听力学习规律来看,专业词汇、速记、精听与泛听和难度进阶是关键环节;而在智慧教育新模式下,获取优质听力资料、利用线上教育平台、实施互动教学和个性化教学是改革的重要方向.在以上分析的基础上,我们开展了化工专业英语听力教学设计,并通过主题教学实践探索了解改革成效.问卷调查和学生学习数据分析结果显示,教学质量得到显著提升.

Abstract

Smart education is an important direction in future education.With this background,the implementation of listening teaching reform in the course of professional English for chemical engineering(PECE)is imperative.This article explores the direction of English listening teaching reform in PECE from two perspectives,namely,the laws of listening learning and new patterns of smart education.From the laws of listening learning,professional vocabulary,shorthand,intensive listening and extensive listening,and advanced difficulty are key points.From the new patterns of smart education,obtaining high-quality listening materials,using online platforms,implementing interactive teaching and personalized teaching are important directions of reform.On the basis of the above analysis,we have designed listening teaching in the course of PECE and explored the effectiveness of reform through thematic teaching practice.The analysis of learning data for students and questionnaire surveys shows that the teaching quality has been improved significantly.
