基于联合研究院的专业学位研究生培养模式探索与实践

随着我国专业学位研究生的招生规模逐步扩大,如何实现专业学位与学术学位研究生分类培养,已成为各高校高质量发展过程中面临的突出问题.本研究基于广州大学-广东腐蚀科学与技术创新研究院联合研究院,积极探索了高校与新型研发机构联合培养专业学位硕士研究生的模式.文章梳理了校内外双导师三段式研究生联合培养要素,介绍了通过承担合作科研项目与构建专业方向模块等手段凝练人才培养方向,并逐步建立研究生联合培养有效运行机制和保障制度的实践探索.实践表明,联合研究院的建设,显著提升了校内外研究生导师队伍水平,丰富了以工程技术难题和产业技术问题为导向的研究生课题,提高了材料与化工专业学位研究生培养质量.
Exploration and Practice of Training Mode for Professional Degree Graduate Students Based on Joint Research Center
The enrollment scale of professional graduate students in China is gradually increasing,and how to realize the classified training of professional and academic graduate students has become a prominent problem in the process of high-quality development of various universities.This study actively explored the mode of joint training of professional master's students between universities and new research and development institutions,based on the Joint Research Center of Guangzhou University-Institute of Corrosion Science and Technology.The article summarized the elements of dual-mentors and"three-stage"graduate joint training both inside and outside the university.By undertaking collaborative research projects and establishing professional direction modules,the training directions of master degree station have been refined.In addition,an effective operating mechanism and guarantee system for joint training of graduate students of the Joint Research Center have been gradually established.The practice indicates that the Joint Research Center has significantly improved the level of graduate supervisor teams both inside and outside the university,enriched the selection of graduate research topics oriented towards engineering and industrial technology problems,and improved the quality of graduate training in materials and chemical engineering at the university.
