摘要

高校是促进长三角科技创新共同体建设、推进长三角一体化发展的重要力量,但与政策初衷相比,高校的作用仍有待进一步发挥.文章从政策要求出发,总结了高校参与长三角科技创新共同体建设的6种方式,并构建了相应的影响机制模型,探讨了高校类型和层次、学校态度和战略、政府政策激励和政策协同、省域创新环境等对高校参与长三角科技创新共同体建设的影响,并进一步提出了相关的路径建议.

Abstract

Universities are an important force in promoting the construction of the Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community and promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.However,compared with policy expectations,their roles need to be further enhanced.Starting from policy requirements,this article summarizes six ways for universities to participate in the construction of the Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community,and constructs a corresponding influence mechanism model.This paper discusses the impact of the types and levels of universities,attitudes and strategies of universities,government policy incentives and policy coordination,and provincial innovation environment on universities'participation in the Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community,and further puts forward relevant path suggestions.
