Incentive Strategies for Teachers'Scientific Research Innovation in Research Universities under Individual-Context Interaction
Scientific research innovation is a complex process of individual interaction with external context.In order to explore its operation mode and effectively stimulate the vitality of teachers in scientific research and innovation,female teachers of science and engineering are selected as research samples,because they usually face more significant risks and conflicts in the process of scientific research and innovation.Through the questionnaire survey of 452 female teachers in four"double first-class"universities,it is found that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive promoting effect on scientific research and innovation behavior,and the sense of organizational support plays a negative moderating role in this process,while family-work conflict plays a positive moderating role.The positive external situation has a positive effect on scientific research and innovation behavior,but has a small effect on female teachers with higher intrinsic motivation.Based on the above findings,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:protecting the motivation of independent inquiry and the spirit of scientific research adventure,constructing the organizational support system of scientific research growth and paying attention to the applicable situation of motivating factors.
