Preliminary Exploration on Specialty Construction and Talent Training of New Energy Science and Engineering under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education-A Case Study of Nanjing Tech University
Emerging engineering education focuses on the establishment of new concepts and new methods of engineering talent training,and the cultivation of talents with the attainment of both engineer and scientist.Taking Nanjing Tech University as an example,this paper discusses the specialty construction and talent training for the new energy science and engineering,from the aspects of disciplines and majors,curriculum and knowledge system,teaching and scientific research system,theoretical and practical teaching,etc.The interdisciplinary feature of the major helps the integrated development of disciplines and majors.Excellent teaching management system ensures the cultivation of comprehensive literacy.The reconstruction of course systems will promote the innovation of emerging engineering talents.Theoretical teaching that runs through engineering education concepts helps to realize the cultivation of emerging engineering talents.The comprehensive evaluation will push the construction of specialty connotation.
