聚焦学生创新能力培养的化工原理课程研究性教学改革与实践

针对化工原理课程教学中存在的问题,结合新时期创新人才培养需求,我校结合化工原理课程工程性和实践性强的特点,探索并实施了包含课前问题驱动启发式教学、课中案例分析讨论式教学和课后研究课题探究式学习的三阶段复合式研究性教学模式,并构建了与之相匹配的多元化考核评价体系.三年的教学实践表明,研究性教学在培养学生主动学习习惯、分析和解决复杂问题的能力以及提高学生的创新思维与创新能力方面效果显著.
Reform and Practice of Research Teaching on Principles of Chemical Engineering Focused on the Cultivation of Students'Innovative Abilities
In view of the problems in the teaching of Principles of Chemical Engineering and the demand for cultivating innovative talents in the new era,a three-stage compound research teaching model combining the engineering and practical characteristics of the curriculum has been explored and implemented in our school.The process of research teaching is divided into pre-class question-driven heuristic teaching,in-class case analysis and discussion teaching,and post-class exploratory learning based on research topics.The diversified assessment and evaluation system combining process and outcome evaluation was constructed to match the research teaching model.After three years of practical testing,it has been demonstrated that the research teaching model has a significant effect on cultivating students'habits of actively learning,abilities of analyzing and solving complex problems,and innovative thinking and abilities.
