Preparation of Profile Control Agent for Oilfield from Oily Sludge
The oily sludge profile control agent for oilfield was prepared from oily sludge.The performance evaluation and field application of the profile control agent were carried out.Considering the factors of performance and cost,the optimum formula of the profile control agent is as follows (w):polyacrylamide 0.20％,crosslinking agent A 0.30％,stabilizing agent B 0.15％,oily sludge 10％-20％.The plugging efficiency of the profile control agent is higher than that of the conventional profile control agent by 3.5％,and the plugging efficiencies of the two agents are all more than 90％.Using the oily sludge profile control agent in 5 wells of oilfield,1 880 t of oily sludge was treated,the average water injection pressure is increased by 2 MPa,the oil production is increased by 160 t,the water consumption is reduced by 6 500 m3,the economic benefit is 583 000 yuan,and the input-output ratio is 1 ∶ 1.5.
