摘要
废电路板作为电子废弃物的关键组成部分,其合理资源化利用对缓解资源短缺及减少环境污染具有重要意义.对废电路板的组成进行分析,综述了其中金属及非金属资源利用技术的研究现状,介绍了预处理方法(机械物理法)、主体回收方法(热处理法、化学法、生物法)及新兴回收方法(超临界法)的优势和不足,以及各种方法在不同资源回收方面的研究进展,最后展望了废电路板资源化利用技术的发展方向,以期为废电路板资源回收提供借鉴.
Abstract
Waste circuit board is a key component of e-wastes,of which reasonable resource utilization is significant to alleviate resource shortage and reduce environmental pollution.The composition of waste circuit boards was analyzed.The current research status of metal and non-metal resource utilization technology therein was reviewed.The advantages and shortcomings of methods including the preprocessing method(mechanophysical treatment),major recycling methods(heat treatment,chemical treatment,and biological treatment),and the emerging method(supercritical treatment)were introduced.The research progress on each method in terms of different resource recovery was presented.Finally,the future development direction of waste circuit board resource utilization technology was provided as a reference for the waste circuit board resource recovery.
