Coupling technology of selective catalytic oxidation and catalytic reduction for purification of organic amine waste gas
The prepared Cu-Mn-Ce monolithic honeycomb catalyst and V-W/Ti denitration catalyst of FN-2 grade were combined to investigate the purified effect of the organic amine(ethanolamine and ethylenediamine)waste gas on the selective catalytic oxidation-catalytic reduction coupling technology. The test results indicate that at the condition of 1 000 h-1 reaction space velocity,2 000 mg/m3 inlet concentration,260℃reaction temperature, and Cu-Mn-Ce catalyst, the NMHC conversion of the organic amine waste gas reaches 96.4%,and the selectivity of the by-product of NH3 and NOx is 13.67%and 14.52%,respectively,with a molar ratio close to 1.At the condition of 6 250 h-1 in the oxidation reaction stage,1 000 h-1 in the reduction reaction stage,1 000 mg/m3 inlet concentration and 260-280℃reaction temperature,NMHC conversion in the amine waste gas close to 100%by the coupling technology.NH3 and N2O are not detected in the reactor outlet and the selectivity of NOx is lower than 0.5%.
