基于物质代谢分析的焦化产业链优化对策

以内蒙古自治区鄂托克经济开发区为例,采用物质流分析法分析了焦化行业资源和能源的代谢途径及代谢效率,提出了优化焦化产业链的对策和建议。结果表明:2023年开发区焦化行业吨焦产品取水量为1。11 m3,节水水平略低于《行业用水定额》(DB15/T 385-2020)领跑等级(1。1 m3)的要求;吨焦产品能耗(以标准煤计)为136。46 kg,高于《焦化行业规范条件》规定的捣固焦炉吨焦产品能耗不高于127 kg的要求和《焦炭单位产品能源消耗限额》(DB15/T 2232-2021)先进值(不高于110 kg)的要求。指出,提升物质代谢效率的路径包括推进焦化产业与关联产业横向耦合、做强焦炉煤气综合利用产业链、延长粗苯加工产业链、做好煤焦油精深加工产业链等。
Optimization countermeasures of coking industry chain based on material metabolism analysis
With the economic development area of Etok as an example,the material metabolism evaluation method was applied to evaluate,the metabolic pathway and metabolic efficiency of coal,water and energy in the coking industry.The results show that the water intake per ton of coke products in the coking industry is 1.11 m3 in the economic development area in 2023.The water-saving level is slightly lower than the industry's leading level(leading value of 1.1 m3 according to DB15/T 385-2020).The energy consumption per ton of coke products(by standard coal)is 136.46 kg,much higher than the access value requirement of 127 kg in Coking Industry Standard Conditions and the requirement of advanced value(less than 110 kg)in DB15/T 2232-2021.The path of improving the efficiency of material metabolism is thus proposed,including promoting the horizontal coupling of coking and related industries,strengthening the industrial chain of comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas,extending the industrial chain of crude benzene processing,and doing a good job in the industrial chain of coal tar deep processing.
