现代煤化工产业示范区三废绿色治理路径

摘要
针对工业园区日益严格的三废排放要求,综述了现代煤化工产业示范区煤矿、电厂和煤化工项目三废的产生特点、园区三废处理技术的发展现状与存在的问题.结合现代煤化工产业示范区大都分布在北方地区的特点,提出了现代煤化工产业示范区三废治理协同化,实现工业三废向能源资源/原料转变和废物的高附加值利用,通过以废治废实现治理过程的节能减碳.最后,对现代煤化工产业示范区三废治理前景进行了展望,提出三废治理要借助人工智能、融入城市发展和新能源供能治理过程,为现代煤化工产业示范区的三废治理提供参考.
Abstract
In view of the increasingly stringent requirements for the discharge of three wastes in industrial parks,this paper summarized the characteristics of the three wastes produced in coal mines,power plants,and coal chemical projects in modern coal chemical industry demonstration zones,as well as the development status and existing problems of the treatment technology for three wastes in the parks.Since the modern coal chemical industry demonstration zones are mostly distributed in northern China,the synergistic treatment of the three wastes in the modern coal chemical industry demonstration zones was proposed,so as to realize the transformation of the industrial three wastes to energy resources/raw materials and the high value-added utilization of wastes and ensure the energy conservation and carbon reduction in the waste treatment process.Finally,the prospect of treatment of the three wastes in the modern coal chemical industry demonstration zones was prospected,and it was proposed that the treatment should be integrated into the urban development and new energy supply management process with the help of artificial intelligence,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of three wastes in the modern coal chemical industry demonstration zones.
