The construction of data factor market,as an important element of factor market allocation,is an important way to empower the dig-ital development of industries.Scientifically evalua-ting the policy effects of data element market con-struction is conducive to the construction of"Digital China".This article uses the global entropy method to measure the development level of industrial digi-talization in various regions of China,and uses the multi-period difference-in-differences method and quantile regression model to study the influence and transmission path of data element market construction on the development of industrial digitalization.The study finds that from the perspective of impact effect,the construction of data factor market effectively improves the level of industrial digitization.Due to the differences in economic development and inno-vation levels in different regions,the impact effects are different.From the viewpoint of mediating effect,data factor market promotes the level of industrial digitalization development by promoting industrial integration and enhancing innovation efficiency.In terms of the moderating effect,the urbanization-driven effect and foreign investment-driven effect of the data factor market promote the digital devel-opment of industries,and at the same time,the higher the value of the labor force and the richer the human capital in the region,the more obvious the positive incentive effect of the construction of the data factor market on the digital development of industries.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously give play to the role of data factor market construction to enhance the level of industrial digitalization,improve the level of data trading platform construc-tion,promote the free flow of data factors,give full play to the multiple overflow effect of data factor market construction,and promote the coordinated development of inter-regional industrial digital.
