触发模式、动态能力与战略性新兴产业企业绩效关系研究

摘要
"十四五"规划明确提出战略性新兴产业在"构筑产业体系新支柱"中具有重要作用、2025年的增加值占GDP比重要超过17%.战略性新兴产业的大规模、高质量发展依赖于相关企业的触发及其成长、创新状况,如何有效触发战略性新兴产业企业?本文基于功能分析,结合触发企业的主体资源禀赋、关键活动,总结战略性新兴产业企业的四种典型触发模式;利用上市公司数据,实证分析战略性新兴产业企业触发模式、动态能力及其成长绩效、创新绩效的关系,阐述战略性新兴产业企业触发绩效的影响机制.研究对于中国战略性新兴产业企业的有效触发及高质量发展、新质生产力形成具有一定参考价值.
Abstract
The'14th Five-Year Plan'clearly puts forward those emerging strategic indus-tries play an important role in'constructing new pillars of the industrial system',and their added value will account for more than 17%of GDP in 2025.The large-scale and high-quality development of emerging strategic industries depends on the trig-gering of related enterprises and their growth and innovation status,how to effectively trigger emerging strategic industries enterprises?This article summa-rizes four typical triggering patterns of emerging strategic industry enterprises based on functional analysis,combined with the main resource endowment and key activities of the triggering enterprises;em-pirically analyzes the relationship between the trig-gering patterns,dynamic capabilities,and their growth and innovation performances of emerging strategic industry enterprises using the data of listed companies;and elaborates the influencing mecha-nism of the triggering performance of emerging strategic industry enterprises.The study has certain reference value for the effective triggering and high-quality development of Chinese emerging strategic industry enterprises and the formation of new-quality productivity.
