摘要
中间品贸易是中国产业链供应链稳定高效运行的关键影响因素,更是中国加快建设全国统一大市场、打造贸易强国、加快构建新发展格局的关键领域和重要抓手.当前,中国中间品贸易呈现出规模稳步扩大、产品技术含量持续攀升、区域贸易合作联系紧密、数字化绿色化趋势凸显等典型特征,但仍面临国际制造业"回流"、国际地缘政治风险、关税冲击与非关税壁垒并存、供应链效率不高、中间品贸易统计不足、关键核心技术仍需攻关等一系列内外部风险.建议通过持续强化顶层制度设计、健全产业链供应链体系、加强尖端技术创新、积极开拓海外市场,进一步推动中国中间品贸易高质量发展,积极培育贸易强国新动能.
Abstract
Trade in intermediate goods is a key factor influencing the stable and efficient oper-ation of China's industrial chain and supply chain,and it is also a key area and an important hand in accelerating the construction of a unified national market,building a strong trading country and accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.At present,China's trade in intermediate goods presents typical features such as steady expansion of scale,continuous rise of product tech-nology content,close regional trade cooperation,and prominent trend of digitalization and greening,but still faces the'return'of international manu-facturing industry,international geopolitical risks,co-existence of tariff impact and non-tariff barriers,low supply chain efficiency,insufficient trade statistics of intermediate goods,and key core technologies.It is recommended to further promote the high-quality development of China's trade in intermediate goods and cultivate new momentum for a strong trading nation by continuously strengthening the top-level institutional design,improving the industrial chain and supply chain system,strength-ening cutting-edge technological innovation,and actively exploring overseas markets.
