带气吹卸除装置的搅拌罐式过滤机残余滤饼去除率的试验研究

针对搅拌罐式过滤机卸料后存在残余滤饼的问题,设计了一套带气吹卸除装置并进行试验,研究了不同喷嘴类型、喷嘴吹扫角度、喷嘴距离滤饼表面高度对残余滤饼去除率的影响.结果表明:在喷嘴类型选用槽缝式吹气喷嘴、喷嘴吹扫角度45°、喷嘴距离滤饼表面高度选择100 mm、气源压力0.3 MPa、吹扫时间15 min的条件下,残余滤饼去除率最高,该结果可为该装置的工业化应用提供参考.
Experimental Study on Residual Cake Removal Rate of Stirred Tank Filter with Air Blowing Device
Aiming at the residual filter cake after the discharging of stirred tank filter,an air-blowing de-vice was designed for test.The effects of different nozzle types,nozzle blowing angles,and nozzle height from the surface of filter cake on the removal rate of residual filter cake were experimentally studied.The test results show that,the removal rate of residual filter cake becomes the highest as for the slotted blow nozzle selected together with a 45° nozzle purging angle,100-mm-nozzle height from the filter cake sur-face,0.3 MPa air source pressure and a 15 min purging time.The results can provide a reference for the industrial application of the device.
