固定式硬密封球阀的密封特性有限元分析

以NPS2 CLASS1500固定式硬密封球阀为例,简述了球面的密封机理和密封比压的理论计算,并借助ANSYS Workbench有限元分析技术对密封面的压力分布规律进行了模拟分析,得到了密封比压理论计算值与仿真结果的差异.通过改变压力角和密封面宽度分别探讨了其对密封面压力分布的影响,结果表明,合适的压力角在41°附近,合理的密封面宽度在7 mm附近.
Analysis of Sealing Characteristics of Seated Ball Valves with Hard Seal
In this paper,through taking NPS2 CLASS 1500 seated ball valve with hard seal as an example,the ball surface's sealing mechanism and the theoretical calculation of sealing pressure were sketched,in-cluding making use of ANSYS Workbench to simulate and analyze actual pressure distribution over the sealing surface so as to obtain the difference between the theoretically-calculated value and the simulation result.Changing the pressure angle and the width of the sealing surface and discussing the influence of the pressure distribution over the sealing surface show that,the appropriate pressure angle is near 41° together with a reasonable sealing surface of about 7 mm in width.
