Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Charging Pump Rotor for Nuclear Power Plant
In this paper,through taking a RCV charging pump as the object of study,the pump rotor's dynamic equation concerning the fluid excitation was constructed,including having the fluid dynamics sim-ulation method adopted to obtain dynamic parameters of both guide bearings and sealing component support points,the rotor dynamic analysis of multistage liquid-filled(i.e."wet"state)centrifugal pump.The simu-lation results show that,regarding this rotor,the filling liquid can increase equivalent stiffness of the sup-port point and the overall natural frequency.The flexible rotor in the"dry"state can be changed to the rigid one in the"wet"state.Through considering the peak value of power spectrum function curve of the field vi-bration data,when the rotor works in the rigid state,the system's natural frequency can be determined,which verifies the effectiveness of the modelling.The research results provide a clear analysis method for the dynamic modelling and model verification of the whole-stage charging pump,and it is also of great sig-nificance for the subsequent condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
