摘要

针对NB/T47065评价支腿稳定性未考虑外部管系附加弯矩影响的情况,完善了支腿反力公式,通过分析支腿两端弯矩比,进一步修正了弯曲应力公式,降低了弯曲应力保守量,并参考JB4732、ASME BPVC Ⅲ等规范引入偶然载荷作用下许用应力系数,得到了一种与工程实际载荷组合一致,考虑等安全裕度原则的支腿稳定性评价方法.结合有限元分析算例,验证了该评价方法的保守性.

Abstract

In this paper,considering the fact that NB/T 47065 Standard fails to think about the additional bending moment influence from the external pipe system on the stability of the support legs,the support leg reaction formula was revised.Through analyzing the bending moment ratio at both ends of the support leg,the bending stress formula was further revised to reduce conservation amount of the bending stress.In addi-tion,through referring to JB 4732,ASME BPVC Ⅲ and other specifications,the allowable stress coeffi-cient under accidental load conditions was introduced and a leg stability evaluation method which consider-ing the equal safety margin was obtained and it complies with the actual load combination in engineering.Through making use of a finite element analysis example,the conservatism of this evaluation method was verified.
