摘要
空冷器换热管局部腐蚀深度的最大值是判断空冷器寿命的重要标志,检测出所有管束最大腐蚀深度的工作量大且难以实现.选择采用IRIS内旋转超声检测技术,随机抽取一定数量的管束进行最大腐蚀深度检测,对检测数据进行统计分析,建立极值统计模型,以便对空冷器管束的最大腐蚀深度进行预测,为空冷器管束使用剩余寿命评估提供参考.
Abstract
The maximum local corrosion depth of the air cooler's heat exchanger tube is an important sign to judge servicing life of the air cooler and detecting the maximum corrosion depth of all tube bundles be-comes difficult.IRIS internal rotation rotary ultrasonic testing technology was adopted to randomly select some tube bundles for maximum corrosion depth detection,including applying statistical analysis to the test data and establishing extreme value's statistical model to predict the maximum corrosion depth of the air cooler tube bundle and provide a reference for the residual life evaluation of the air cooler tube bundle.
