海上平台强引射放空火炬流动特性数值研究

摘要
针对一种强引射放空火炬,应用Fluent软件对辅助引射器和火炬头的流动特性进行了数值模拟研究.基本型计算表明,辅助引射器的引射系数为 3.25,火炬头的引射比为 0.77.正交分析表明,辅助引射器优化参数组合为:混合管道扩张角 4°、喉部环空间隙 7.5 mm、燃气入口直径 7 mm、空气入口直径60 mm,优化结构引射系数为 6.30;火炬头优化参数组合为:筒体扩张角 7°、防风罩间隙 207 mm、辅助引射器数量 8、主放空管深度 242 mm,优化结构引射比为 0.89,引射性能提高 16%.
Abstract
Regarding the release flare with strong ejection,the Fluent software was adopted to simulate flow characteristics of the auxiliary ejector and flare head.The basic model calculation shows that,the aux-iliary ejector's ejection coefficient is 3.25,and the flare head's ejection ratio is 0.77.Orthogonal analysis of the auxiliary ejector's optimum structural parameters indicates that,the parameter combination are as follows:a 4° mixing pipe expansion angle,a 7.5 mm throat annular space gap,a 7 mm gas inlet diameter,a 60 mm air inlet diameter and a 6.30 ejection coefficient of the optimized structure.The optimized param-eters of the flare head are as follows:a 7°cylinder expansion angle,a 207 mm wind shield gap,8 auxiliary ejectors,a 242 mm depth of main vent pipe,a 0.89 ejection ratio of the optimized structure and a 16%in-jection performance increased.
