摘要

根据API 581-2016《基于风险的检验方法》和GB/T 26610.2-2022《承压设备系统基于风险的检验实施导则 第 2 部分:基于风险的检验策略》,介绍了基于RBI计算的热交换器管束检验策略制定的原理,采用DNV挪威船级社Synergi Plant RBI Onshore 5.7 风险评估软件,对某化工企业一台热交换器的换热管束进行了工程应用计算,为换热管束定期检验策略的制定提供了依据.

Abstract

According to API 581-2016 Risk-based Inspection Method and GB/T 26610.2-2022 Guide-lines for the Implementation of Risk-based Inspection of Pressure Equipment Systems Part 2:Risk-based Inspection Strategy,the principle of formulating inspection strategy for heat exchanger's tube bundles based on RBI calculation was introduced,including having DNV Det Norske Veritas Synergi Plant RBI Onshore 5.7 risk assessment software employed to calculate a heat exchanger tube bundle in a chemical en-terprise so as to provide the basis for regular inspection of the heat exchange tube bundle.
