摘要
丙烷预冷混合制冷剂(C3/MRC)天然气液化工艺是目前基本负荷型天然气液化工厂使用最广泛的液化工艺,通过对C3/MRC天然气液化工艺进行研究,并结合工艺模拟软件Hysys中的Optimizer模块,运用黑箱法(BOX)对液化流程的相关参数进行了优化,得到合理的工艺参数以降低液化过程中的能耗.
Abstract
The liquefaction process with propane pre-cooling mixed refrigerant(C3/MRC)becomes a wide-ly-used liquefaction process for basic natural gas liquefaction plants.Through investigating C3/MRC LNG liquefaction process,combining with Optimizer module in Hysys process simulation software,the black BOX method was adopted to optimize relevant parameters of the liquefaction process so as to obtain proper process parameters for energy consumption reduction in the liquefaction process.
