天然气管道机械阀门内漏流场声学特性研究

摘要
以某天然气管道机械阀门为研究对象,选取不同规格球阀,采用小波包方法对阀门的内漏声学信号实施能量分析,获取天然气管道机械阀门内漏流场声学信号特征值,并分析不同压力下天然气管道机械阀门内漏流场声学特性参数对内漏流场的影响.结果表明:声学特性相关参数(频率峰值、均方根)均可作为天然气管道机械阀门内漏检测指标,实现天然气管道机械阀门的内漏检测.
Abstract
Taking a mechanical valve in the natural gas pipeline as the object of research,the ball valves with different specifications were selected,and the wavelet packet method was used to analyze energy of the valve's internal leakage acoustic signals so as to obtain internal leakage flow field's acoustic signal eigenvalues of the mechanical valve,including analyzing influence of the acoustic characteristics parame-ters of the mechanical valve at different pressures.The results show that,the parameters related to acoustic characteristics(peak frequency and root mean square)can be used as the internal leakage detection indica-tors to realize mechanical valve's internal leakage detection.
