海洋石油钻井机械设备耐腐蚀性能评价

以06Cr18Ni11Ti奥氏体不锈钢、14Cr17Ni2马氏不锈钢、00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢作为钻井机械设备材料,利用电弧离子镀技术制备TiN、TiBN、TiBN/TiN涂层,选取包括物理性能、耐阴极剥离性能及耐浸泡性能等作为设备耐腐蚀性能评价指标,模拟海水气溶胶腐蚀环境,研究3种不锈钢材料在海水浸泡、5%NaCl盐雾腐蚀和老化腐蚀下的耐腐蚀性能.试验结果表明:钻井机械设备材料为00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢,并镀TiBN/TiN涂层时,其耐腐蚀性能最突出.
Abstract
06Cr18Ni11Ti austenitic stainless steel,14Cr17Ni2 Marstenitic stainless steel,00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel were adopted in manufacturing drilling machinery,including making use of arc ion plating technology to prepare TiN,TiBN and TiBN/TiN coating,and selecting physical properties,cathodic stripping resistance and immersion resistance as the evaluation indexes of equipment corrosion resistance to investigate their corrosion resistance under seawater immersion,5%NaCl salt spray corrosion and aging cor-rosion.The test results show that,the drilling machinery boasting of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel and coated with TiBN/TiN coating has outstanding corrosion resistance.
