整体齿啮式快开门高压釜应力分析及结构优化

采用ANSYS有限元分析技术,建立整体齿啮式快开结构的有限元模型,对其进行结构强度分析和疲劳寿命评价.同时,以结构总质量为目标函数,对高压釜的快开密封结构进行优化分析.选取卡箍上环齿厚度T1、平盖封头齿厚度T2、卡箍筒体厚度T3、卡箍上环齿长度L1、平盖封头齿长度L2这5组变量作为设计变量,最大应力值、最大位移值、快开门结构总质量作为因变量,通过轻量化分析,得到优化后的快开门质量为2921.9 kg,比优化前降低了16.5%.
Stress Analysis and Structure Optimization of Integral Toothed Quick Opening Autoclave
In this paper,making use of ANSYS finite element analysis technology establish the finite ele-ment model of the integral toothed quick-opening structure was implemented,and its structural strength was analyzed and the fatigue life was evaluated.In addition,having the total mass of the structure taken as the objective function was implemented to optimize and analyze autoclave's quick-opening seal structure,in-cluding having variables like the thickness of clamp's upper ring tooth T1,that of the flat cap's head tooth T2,that of the clamp's cylinder T3,and the length of the clamp's upper ring tooth L1,and that of the flat cap's head tooth L2 selected as the design variables,the maximum stress value,the maximum displace-ment value and the total mass of the fast opening structure for the dependent variables.The lightweight analysis indicates that,the optimized quick-opening mass is 2921.9 kg,a 16.5%lower than that before the optimization.
