重力场作用下的油田滤床反冲洗技术及其发展

针对重力场水力反冲洗技术应用于油田采出水处理领域时反冲洗效率低的瓶颈问题,基于场的视角分析了机械辅助、空气辅助及水化学辅助等手段强化重力场作用下的反冲洗技术以及存在的问题.将超重力技术用于强化重力场水力反冲洗过程,构建旋流场和重力场耦合的超重力反冲洗体系,突破单独重力场反冲洗效率低的技术瓶颈,是未来油田滤床反冲洗技术的发展趋势.
Backwashing Technology of Oilfield Filter and Its Development under the Action of Gravity Field
Aiming at low backwashing efficiency in applying the gravity field hydraulic backwashing technology to the treatment of the oilfield water produced,both the backwashing technology and its application progress under the action of gravity field were analyzed by means of mechanical assistance,air assistance and hydrochemical assistance,including the existing problems.The results show that,the future development trend of oilfield filter backwashing technology includes developing the supergravity technology to strengthen the hydraulic backwashing process of gravity field and constructing the supergravity backwashing system which has swirl flow field coupled with gravity field to break through the technical bottleneck of low efficiency of the gravity field backwashing alone.
