Study on the Flow Field and Force Law of Nuclear Helium Isolation Valves in the High-temperature Gas Cooled Reactor
Having FLUENT software based to simulate fluid blocking performance test of three kinds of helium isolation valves was implemented, including analyzing the possibility of closing three kinds of helium isolation valves in the helium medium.Analyzing both flow field and stress of different isolation valves shows that, the pressure fluctuation and unstable turbulence occur during the closing process. In addition, the advantages of DN 65 helium balloon valve in blocking fluid flow were obtained through laterally comparing three valves.
