汽轮发电机组是典型的高速旋转机械.随着能源需求的增长和机组容量的增加,不平衡振动成为影响其运行可靠性和稳定性的重要因素.分析了常见的两种转子轴系结构特点,通过分析实际工程案例,总结了转子不平衡振动故障机理及影响因素,探究了不平衡故障振动处理方法和自愈调控技术的研究进展,展望了不平衡自愈调控技术的发展方向.
Research Progress in Vibration Suppression Technology for the Unbalance Fault and Rotor Shaft System of Turbin Generator Set
Turbo-generator set is a typical high-speed rotating machine.With the increase of energy de-mand and unit capacity,the unbalanced vibration becomes an important factor affecting both reliability and stability of the operation.In this paper,the structural characteristics of two commonly-used rotor shaft sys-tems were analyzed,and both mechanism and influencing factors of the rotor unbalance vibration were summarized through analyzing practical engineering cases;meanwhile,the research progress in unbalance fault vibration treatment methods and self-healing control technology was investigated to look into the de-velopment direction of unbalance self-healing control technologies.
