低温罐箱在运输过程中受各种路况影响易产生罐内介质晃荡,因晃荡产生的动载荷是低温罐箱强度分析的主要载荷之一.为进一步对优化后的低温罐箱进行安全可靠性分析,考虑介质晃动产生的最大冲击力,提取产生最大冲击力时的壁面压力,采用单向流固耦合法对优化后的低温罐箱进行结构应力强度分析.流固耦合法计算出的最大应力仍在固定端筒体,与静力分析平均压强法的计算结果一致,但内筒体最大应力值增加了18.4%,表明流固耦合法较静力分析平均压强法能更准确地预测低温罐箱的受力状况.
Analysis for Fluid-Structure Coupling Analysis of Cryogenic Tank
In transportation,the various road conditions make the medium within the cryogenic tank slosh-ing and the dynamic load caused by the sloshing becomes into one of the main loads in analyzing this cryo-genic tank.In order to further analyze both safety and reliability of the cryogenic tank optimized,the maxi-mum impact force produced by the medium sloshing and the wall pressure while the maximum impact force were extracted were considered,including having the unidirectional fluid-solid coupling method adopted to analyze the structural stress strength of this cryogenic tank optimized.The results show that,the maximum stress calculated by the fluid-solid coupling method stays at the fixed end cylinder still and it complies with the result calculated by the static analysis average pressure method,but the maximum stress value of the inner cylinder increases by 18.4%,which indicates that the fluid-solid coupling method can predict the stress state of the cryogenic tank more accurately than the static analysis average pressure method.
