Stress Analysis of Parallel Flow-induced Vibration in Low-temperature Evaporators for Ships
The steady flow field of dual-phase flow medium in low-temperature plate evaporator for propane heat transfer in marine LNG gasification process was simulated and analyzed,including analyzing the par-allel propane evaporator's pre-stress mode at the maximum flow rate,calculating its natural frequency and type thereof.Basing on calculating the parallel propane evaporator's internal steady flowfield,making use of the software calculate both time domain spectrum and frequency domain spectrum of the pressure pulsa-tions were implemented,including coupling analysis and calculating harmonic response vibration stress so as to analyze vibration stress of the evaporator at the maximum flow rate.
