Risk Assessment of Oil Storage Tank Based on Matter-Element Extension Theory
For purpose of improving the safety level of oil storage tanks, accurately identifying the weak points in oil storage tanks and reasonably avoiding risks,a petroleum storage tank's safety risk evaluation index system was constructed through selecting 10 secondary indexes from the detection, technology and the management.Based on the entropy weight method and the matter-element extension theory,a comprehen-sive evaluation and assessment model of EWM-matter-element extension theory was proposed, including having this model applied to analyzing an oil storage tank. The results show that, the risk level of the tank is Ⅱ,which is in line with the reality and the model has high feasibility and it can provide theoretical guid-ance for ensuring the safety of petroleum storage tanks.
