TiO2作为典型的光催化剂一直受到人们的广泛关注,国内外改性TiO2光催化剂技术日益完善。本文综述了表面贵金属沉积、过渡金属离子、稀土金属离子、非金属离子、复合半导体掺杂改性TiO2光催化剂的方法,并且针对改性方法列举了国内外应用的具体实例。
Progress in Research of Doping Modification of TiO2 Photocatalyst
As a typical photocatalyst titania has been attracting much attention,the domestic and foreign modification of photocatalyst has improved steadily and had grown diversely.In this paper, the methods for doping modification of TiO2 including surface metal deposition,transition metal ions, rare earth metal ions,non -metal ion,compound semiconductor and cited some special modification application examples at home and abroad.
