Analytical chemistry is a fundamental course with significant importance in various science and engineering majors,including chemistry,materials,biology,environment,pharmacy,agriculture,and geology.To stimulate students'interest in learning and improve the quality and effect of teaching,this paper proposes a teaching mode for analytical chemistry that incorporates the characteristics of majors.This involves supple-ment and improve the teaching content with major characteristics.By employing strategies such as designing case studies with major characteristics and setting up specialized experiments,as well as integrating and expanding teaching resources,students can recognize the significance and practical value of analytical chemistry,and better understand and master the knowledge they acquired.
