The problem of pesticide residues has always been the focus of attention.As a rapid pesticide detection technology with strong specificity,good accuracy,high sensitivity and high throughput,immunoassay plays a momentous role in the rapid screening of pesticide residues.Combined with the research status of immunoassay in recent years,this paper summarizes the principle of immunoassay technology and the development trend and characteristics of common immunoassay technology,and prospects the application and research prospect of immunoassay technology in the field of pesticide residue detection,in order to provide reference for the further exploit and use of immunoassay technology in the field of pesticide residue detection in the future.
