摘要
聚丙烯作为一种广泛应用的塑料材料,其抗静电性能的提升一直是研究的热点.综述近年来抗静电聚丙烯的研究进展,首先,介绍了抗静电聚丙烯的基本原理.随后,概述了目前的主要研究方法,包括导电填料的添加、抗静电剂复合和内加抗静电剂.重点分析了不同方法对聚丙烯抗静电性能的影响及其机理.最后,展望了未来抗静电聚丙烯的发展趋势,包括抗静电性能的优化、多功能化等方面.
Abstract
As a widely used plastic material,the improvement of the antistatic properties of polypropylene has always been a research hotspot.The research progress of antistatic polypropylene in recent years is reviewed.First,the basic principle of antistatic polypropylene is intro-duced.Subsequently,the main current research methods are outlined,including the addition of conductive fillers,antistatic agent compounding,and the addition of antistatic agents.The effects of different methods on the antistatic properties of polypropylene and their mechanisms were ana-lyzed.Finally,the development trend of antistatic polypropylene in the future is prospected,including the optimization of antistatic properties and multi-functionality.
